During the next several weeks we will be discussing potential rule changes for 2002. Please submit your ideas, concerns, etc. that you would like to see addressed.

The following have been proposed:

1. Driver to be awarded the points instead of the car owner. That would eliminate a car owner from accumulating points from multiple drivers and thus make the championship more fair.

2. Clarify the breakout penalty (7.80+amount broken out by) to determine lane choice and other issues not clearly defined. 

3. Change the breakout to an under-over (closest to 7.50, first to finish line)

4. Eliminate on board data loggers
